Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once you receive the box please check the same thoroughly.
Please inform us within five working days if you are not happy with any of our products or if any items are received damaged or missing from the package.
You may return these items only after authorized by us to do so. We will not accept any returns without prior approval.
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges as well as customs duties, if any, when the item is returned to India.
We do not offer any refund or replacement for items ordered by mistake. Please check properly before you confirm your order. Orders placed and paid for cannot be cancelled.
Products can be returned within 5 days of receiving the order. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the return will be approved if it meets the applicable return conditions.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated and the amount will be credited to the original payment account within 7–14 days.
