What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges depend on three criteria’s, your location / order value / order weight. Our system will calculate the shipping cost once you complete your order and check out. It will display clearly before you make payment for your order. We offer shipping worldwide and delivery is free for all orders above US$1,000.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major Credit Cards / Debit Cards. You can pay via PayPal. You can even pay by Bank Transfer if you prefer that. For Indian Rupee transactions payments are via the EBS Payment Gateway only. There are over 40 different payment options on this gateway.
How long will delivery take?
We make sure that we ship orders out within 2 to 3 working days of the date of the order. Delivery times depend on your location. For USA it take about 10 days, for Europe and Australia about 7 days. Please note that we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN CUSTOMER COUNTRY. If customs or any government authority in customer’s home country has any questions, customer needs to get it sorted out. Customer is responsible for any duties / taxes, if any, in their respective countries.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We do not store your Credit Card Details as the credit card processing is done by secure sites - EBS Payment Gateway for orders in Indian Rupees and PayPal for orders in other currencies. We will NEVER ask for credit card details via email, phone or fax. Payments are done directly by you through a secure site. Your personal information is solely used to communicate with you. We do not share your personal information with any third party.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you complete your order and make payment, you shall receive a confirmation mail from our side within 24 hours. We shall ship out your order in 2 to 3 working days. Once order is shipped you shall receive a Tracking Number with which you can track your shipment online. You shall be informed at every step regarding your order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
