1. Many items on this site are handmade so slight variations in sizes, oxidation, etc can occur. We maintain maximum uniformity and consistency but slight variations are possible.
2. All Prices are Per Piece, not by weight.
3. Prices are given in several currencies. You can choose the currency of your preference.
4. We are not responsible for any injury caused due to wearing or using any of our products.
5. Customer is responsible for custom duties or any other charges levied in their respective countries. Please check with local authorities for all applicable fees and charges.
6. Our Gold Plating is done on Sterling Silver and is all Lead and Nickel Free. However please note that we do NOT Guarantee any particular time frame that this plating will last. Gold Plating can wear off under many circumstances which cannot be controlled, hence there can be no guarantee on this.

1. We do not store your Credit Card Details as payment is processed by secure sites – EBS Payment Gateway for payments in INR and PayPal for payments in other currencies. That’s why we never ask for credit card details via Email, Phone or Fax. Payments are done directly by you through a secure site.
2.  Your personal information is solely used to communicate with you. We do not share your personal information with any third party.

Every effort is made to use images that represent the products correctly; however please be aware that as monitor settings vary from computer to computer, actual product colours may differ slightly from on-screen colours.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will inevitably be slight variations in size and weight between items of the same type. All measurements are approximate.
